OUR PROJECTS
We’re always ready to move moutains just to come through for our clients.
Desktop Industrial Dehydrating Machine
FEATURE
DESIGN PROCESS
The product was designed with Autodesk Inventor Professional. Product validation and stress simulation for critical components was done in Autodesk Inventor Nastran before manufacturing.
Software like Autodesk Inventor Tolerance Analysis, Autodesk Inventor Nesting, was also used to boost Manufacturability of the product.
The product development workflow is an typical example of Autodesk D&M product collection integration.
JOSLA 3-Phase Smart Meter
FEATURE
DESIGN PROCESS
The product was designed in a collaborative workflow leveraging Autodesk Inventor (which was used in designing the sheet metal enclosure and plastic parts).
Fusion 360 (was used for the 3d printing optimization and slice and all plastic parts for 3D printing) while Fusion 360 Manage Pro was used to manage the product lifecycle of the product.
Smart Monitoring Device (Image: In-Fridge type)
FEATURE
DESIGN PROCESS
The products were developed using Autodesk Fusion 360. With the help of Fusion 360 and Fusion 360 manage Pro, the collaboration between all stakeholders was facilitated and made.
This allowed seamless workspace integration, taking the product from design to manufacturing.
A prototype model was 3D printed on Flashforge creator pro 2. The complete workflow shows the immense capability of having design and manufacturing in one place.
